About Sky Climb

Sky Climb is a free online endless jumping game. Your little purple blob bounces automatically every time it lands on a cloud, so all you have to do is steer left and right to reach the next platform. Climb as high as you can before you miss a jump and drop off the bottom of the screen. Your height is measured in metres, and your best climb is saved for next time.

The higher you go, the trickier the sky becomes. Clouds spread further apart, blue clouds start sliding from side to side, and brown cracked clouds crumble the moment you touch them. Watch out for the yellow springs as well, because landing on one launches you far higher than a normal bounce. The background slowly turns from a bright daytime sky into a starry night as you rise.

How to Play Sky Climb

• Press Play to start your climb.
• Move with the arrow keys or A and D on a keyboard.
• On a touchscreen, hold the left or right half of the game to move that way.
• Your character jumps automatically every time it lands on a cloud.
• Go off one side of the screen and you appear on the other.
• Fall below the bottom of the screen and the run ends.

Tips and Strategy for Sky Climb

Use the screen wrap. When the next good cloud is on the far side, it is often faster to run off the near edge and reappear on the opposite side than to cross the whole screen. Learning to use this shortcut is the single biggest step towards higher scores.

Never rely on a brown cracked cloud. It breaks as soon as you land and gives you no bounce, so treat it like empty air. Moving blue clouds are safe, but aim for where they will be, not where they are now. And whenever you see a spring, go for it: the extra height carries you past several tricky gaps at once.
